Our buttery short crust sweet pastry is filled with our brandy matured mince meat, baked in the oven and dusted with powdered sugar. ‘Proper” mince meat contains, almonds, sultanas, rasians, cherrys, currents, mixed peel, oranges, lemons, apples, brandy, beef fat and Christmas spices.
